Prepare Annual Budget based on Quality Management Standards considering all operational, inspection, repairs and maintenance costs.
Make sure that the Planned Budget does not exceed, unless with minimum justifiable rate and based on four month and annual analysis.
Draw Repair Plans for dry docking, major repairs and voyage repairs. Repair specification to be submitted three months prior to actual repairs and issuing instructions for workshops and ship staff.
Select well qualified and well reputed manning agencies, workshops, ship chandlers, suppliers and bunker companies.
Select well qualified, certified, medically fit, competent officers and crew in accordance with flag & international rules & regulations (STCW).
Implement and carry out all safety systems and procedures.
Prepare all required certificates from qualified classification societies and flag states.
Make sure key ship staff have familiarized themselves with fundamental operating concept of all machineries, deck, radio and navigational equipment, cargo equipment and engine room machinery.
Monitoring activities of ship’s crew to achieve optimum operational efficiency and high standard of operation maintenance on vessels.
